Leo & Lyn current ship to both the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, using a range of courier / shipping methods. Should you require a specific service or if you are outside of these areas, please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements.

Please note: It is the buyerโs responsibility to pay for returns postage, and shipping costs are non-refundable. As we can only guarantee a refund once we receive your item, we recommend using a tracked postal service. We also recommend taking care to wrap fragile items carefully, as we canโt process returns for items that are damaged on their return to us.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or returns on sale items or for any purchases older than 14 days.

We currently use Hermes and Royal Mail and aim to have your order processed within 24 hours and shipped, shipping can take up to 5 days to arrive. However due to the current situation please allow up to 10 days.
